- Shoot every channel video gimbal-mounted, build and operate studio lighting rigs from scratch, light presenters across mixed sources, and record on-set audio on lavalier and DJI microphones. Shoot most of the Patreon strand on iPhone.
- Edit and deliver multicam content in Premiere Pro and After Effects, applying colour grading, motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, subtitling and captioning, and cut a minimum of three social shorts from every long-form video.
- Contribute to titles, thumbnails and publishing decisions with the team, reading retention and click-through in YouTube Studio, and own 90% of video organisation and scheduling via Asana and Slack.
- Work within a full analogue mixing and mastering chain, building a strong understanding of broadcast-quality audio workflows and their integration with video.
- Liaise directly with clients and sponsored brands, translating briefs into deliverables and managing feedback across concurrent projects. Sponsors regularly license the finished films to run as paid advertising.
